Immanuel was organized April 15th, 1900. The work of the Holy Spirt in forming Immanuel continues the work of the church since its inception on the first Pentecost after Christ's ascension.
Immanuel is part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, a church body that adheres the the Book of Concord as a correct exposition of Scripture. The LCMS consists of 2.3 million people in 6,100 congregations throughout the United States of America.
We proclaim that Jesus is "the Way, the Truth, and the Life." He died, was buried, and rose again \to pay the price of out sin and defeat death. We are gathered through the work of the Holy Spirit according to the Word of God.
